1. Refund Policy
As our jewelry pieces are custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds on custom orders once the production process has started.
This is because these items are uniquely crafted based on your individual preferences and cannot be resold to other customers.
If you have purchased a non-customized item from our standard collection and wish to return it for a refund, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Policy
Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your custom jewellery arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and work with you to either repair or replace the item, depending on the circumstances.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom-made jewellery that is free from defects or damage. Each piece is made to order and specifically tailored to your requirements, making it unsuitable for resale to others.
